Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and deploy backend API services that scale and meet the product requirements
2. Coordinate and interact with different teams to understand the product better and provide technical solutions
3. Learn and implement server-side architectures
4. Develop frontend and backend components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
5. Write reusable, testable, scalable, and efficient code
6. Maintain quality and ensure the responsiveness of applications
7. Implement security and data protection
8. Integrate data storage solutions (include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)
9. Deploy, maintain, and debug code in the production environment
10. Build efficient CI/CD pipelines
