Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with PHP (CodeIgniter framework),WordPress (must know how to customize plugin),and MySQL to design, develop, and debug web applications

2. Work on integrating back-end services with PHP/JavaScript based frontend needs

3. Work on the implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application

4. Build reusable code and libraries for future use

5. Work on the optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

6. Work on the translation of UI/UX wireframes to visual elements

7. Work on the integration of the frontend and backend aspects of the web application

8. Work with the team to manage, optimize and customize web applications

9. Create and maintain technical documentation
