Responsibilities:

· Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics.

3. Hardware and Software Troubleshooting:

· Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for both team members and clients.

· Provide technical support and assistance in a timely and efficient manner.

· Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain hardware/software solutions.

4. Collaboration:

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing teams.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and implement effective solutions.

5. Stay Updated:

· Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Word Press development, SEO, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Word Press Developer and SEO Specialist.

· Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.

· In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

· Solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations.

· Familiarity with website security best practices.

· Knowledge of server management and hosting environments.

· Certifications in Word Press development or SEO.
