Essential Qualification: a) Degree or Diploma course recognized by Maharashtra State, as per Maharashtra Welfare Officers (duties, qualifications and conditions of service) Rules,1966 Enrolled in the list maintained by the Director, Industrial Safety & Health, Maharashtra, Mumbai for appointment of Welfare Officer in any Factory and c) Possesses adequate knowledge of Marathi language.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in any industry / Factory as Welfare Officer/Personnel Officer/HR Executive in HR or Welfare Dept.

Pay Scale : Rs.29000- 110000

Supervisor (Technical Operations - Printing) S-1/ 20 Posts (UR-06,SC- 04,ST- 02,OBC- 08)

Qualification : 1st class Diploma in Engineering in the area of Printing Technology or equivalent Diploma in related field from a recognised University/Institute.

Desirable:1 st class B.E./B.Tech in Engineering in the area of Printing Technology or equivalent Degree in related field from a recognised University/Institute.

Pay Scale a: Rs.26000- 100000

Age: Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 30 years as on closing date of receipt of applications i.e 14-01-2019.

Examination Fees: Rs.400/-(excluding taxes as applicable)for all applicants and each post. (Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of application fees)

The candidates belonging to General and OBC(NCL) category are required to pay application fees of Rs.400/-(excluding taxes as applicable)

Probation: The selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of one year. The period of probation may be extended by a further maximum period of one year at the discretion of the Company. If the performance of the candidate is not found suitable during the extended period of probation also, his service will be terminated.

Selection Procedure:i)Selection for the posts will be done through examination which will be conducted "Online". The online test will be of objective type comprise of (1) concerned discipline area (2) Other subject. The online examination shall be the qualify based examination for merit purpose.
