Responsibilities:

- Manage logistics operations for our ecommerce business, including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management across multiple platforms.

- Coordinate shipments and deliveries for products sourced from multiple manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery to our warehouses.

- Oversee customs clearance processes for international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing delays.

- Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize costs and service levels.

- Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including the Chief Financial Officer (CFO),to ensure alignment on logistics strategies, priorities, and profit margins for our products.

- Continuously evaluate and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall manufacturing experience.

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce logistics to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
