Job Description
1. Help develop and execute creative marketing campaigns on WhatsApp to drive customer engagement and sales for SkillVertex
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative strategies to effectively reach target audiences
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
4. Create engaging and persuasive content for WhatsApp marketing, including text, images, and videos, to capture and retain user interest
5. Assist in managing and growing SkillVertex's WhatsApp community by promptly responding to customer queries and feedback
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities for the company
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest WhatsApp features and industry trends, leveraging them to enhance SkillVertex's marketing efforts
