- Strong knowledge of Exchange Server 2013/2016, Office 365/Exchange Online and core elements: Active Directory, Federation Services, DNS, hybrid Configurations, Mail Flow and Connectors, Outlook client configuration, PowerShell, SMTP, SSL/TLS, Authentication, mail encryption.
- A solid understanding security practices within the server/exchange environment.
- Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with customers and other internal teams at a peer level.
- Exchange Online & Exchange Hybrid Administration.
- Office 365 license management, User & Group management, etc.).
- Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
- Microsoft DirSync (Azure AD Connect) and AD Integration.
- Active Directory.

- PowerShell.
Desired Candidate Profile: Work Experience :-
- 7 to 8 years of experience in system administration / IT Client support (both onsite and remote).
- 5+ years- engineering experience with Windows Server and Exchange technologies.
- Experience working in large corporate environments and have prior IT support experience working with Office 365.
- Experience designing and troubleshooting complex mail routing scenarios.
- Experience in working with ITIL framework.
