*Provisioning of Virtual Machines (VMs),Virtual Hard Disk (VHDs)

*Good knowledge on backup and recovery and Server Patching process. Monitor System Performance

*Create System Backups

*Maintain System Security

*knowledge in DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Cluster and file services.

*ITIL & Working Knowledge of Ticketing tool

*Basic Knowledge on Certificate Services

*Admin rights management

*Folder/file creation and sharing

*Implementing and Administrating IIS Service

*Configuring and Administrating Remote Desktop Service

*ADS user and Group Management

*ADS Computer Account Management

*Group Policy Administration
