WordPress Developer Job Description Template

Twerlo is looking for an Imediate joiningWordPress Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience. This position is located in Bangalore, India. You will use your full range of interaction design and visual design skills to design various client projects such as web design or product design, refining existing interfaces, and working with a cross-functional team on a variety of tasks to a position. you should have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills. Ultimately, a top-class WordPress Developer can create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design and functionality specifications of the client.

Responsibilities :

• Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.
• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Creating the website architecture.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating WordPress themes and plugins and customization.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Monitoring the performance of the live website.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Strong Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript,PHP, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Strong Knowledge of using Woocomerce.
• Strong Knowledge of using Elementor.
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Ability to project manage.
• Good communication skills.
• UI/UX design experience.
• Ability to programmatically create/update content in WordPress
• Ability to programmatically retrieve content in WordPress
• Experience with a library such as JSReport (or anything equivalent) is plus
• Experience with marketing technologies such as Pardot and/or Mailchimp is plus
• Knowledge of internal SEO optimization a plus
• Extensive knowledge of modifying existing theme templates (support, extend, and/or enhance existing code).
