JOB TITLE: Workday Product Manager II

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: : Creates and delivers technology services and solutions throughthe global Workday system tool to help the global HR organization meet its objectives while delivering high value to employees. Particpates in the design, configuration, testing, and documentation for the Workday system tool.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITY: Extensive knowledge of technology trends. Expert knowledge about leading edge technologies and their application to HR and HR systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with all levels and geographies of organization, both technical and non-technical. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Advanced negotiation and organizational skills. Ability to direct the prioritization of change requests and communicate the impact of new and existing change requests. Advanced project management and methodologies experience with ability to create and manage comprehensive project plans. Ability to develop cost/benefit analysis for recommendations. Ability to communicate technical information and ideas so others will understand. Ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups. Ability to provide FANATICAL support.

JOB COMPLEXITY: Designs,installs, configures, reviews, tests, and implements Workday systems upgrades or patches. Researches and resolves Workday systems problems. Makes recommendations for improvement based on findings. Provides reports and runs queries as requested. Provides leadership to lower level jobs. Manages changes required for the support of the systems. Provides basic business consulting skills to internal customers. Evaluates current processes and determines areas to gain efficiencies. Develops plan to a wide varity of issues and implements solutions. Provides instruction and training to ensure adoption and full utilization of systems.

SUPERVISION: Operates under general supervision.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS),Management Information Systems (MIS),or Computer Science (CS). 3-5 years project management experience with at least 2 years of that dedicated to running technical projects. Must have at least 3 years experience with Workday. Participated in owning a companywide product software solution. Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification desired. Demonstrated ability to consistently provide FANATICAL support.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: General office environment. May require long periods sitting and viewing a computer monitor.Moderate levels of stress may occur at times. No special physical demands required.

POLICY COMPLIANCE: Responsible for adhering to company security policies and procedures and any other relevant policies and standards as directed.
