Role Summary:
Work directly with the founder to manage labour coordination, vendor follow-ups, admin, and workshop tasks. No engineering background needed — just common sense, discipline, and eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate carpenters, painters, and fabricators; track project progress and flag delays
Manage tools, materials, and quality checks
Visit suppliers, follow up on deliveries, track expenses
Handle client queries, maintain records, set reminders, and support walkthroughs
You Are:
Honest, quick, responsible, fluent in Hindi & basic English, able to multitask onsite, calm under pressure, and know when to seek help.
Preferred:
Experience in workshop/site/admin, familiar with WhatsApp and Excel, owns a two-wheeler, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
