job Role and Responsibilities:

·         Developing and executing sales plans to increase revenue and adoption.

·         Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, and key decision-makers.

·         Providing training and education on the proper usage and benefits of products.

·         Staying informed about industry trends, competitor products, and changes in reimbursement policies.

·         Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

·         Organizing and managing customer meetings, exhibitions, and study days.

·         Participating in regional and national sales meetings to share experiences and improve efficiency.

·         Developing personal skills by ensuring product and clinical knowledge is up to date.

·         Demonstrating effective use of CLM and Urgo CRM systems.
