Roles and Responsibilities:

Unreal Engine Expertise:

• Proficient in using Unreal Engine for XR development, including understanding its core concepts, Blueprints, and C++ scripting (if applicable).

• Experience in creating interactive 3D environments, character animations, and user interfaces for VR/AR applications.

VR Development:

• In-depth knowledge of the Meta Quest platform, its capabilities, and limitations.

• Ability to optimise VR projects for the VR Headset, ensuring smooth performance and efficient resource utilisation.

• Experience with Quest Pro-specific features like hand tracking, eye tracking, and spatial audio.

Multiplayer Development (Optional):

• Understanding of multiplayer networking concepts and experience in implementing multiplayer features in Unreal Engine Blueprints.

• Knowledge of synchronisation techniques, matchmaking, and lobby systems.

AR Development (Optional):

• Experience with AR development frameworks like Snap AR or ARKit/ARCore.

• Ability to create AR experiences that blend digital content seamlessly with the real world.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to bring creative visions to life.

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas, troubleshoot issues, and refine project plans.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience with Unreal Engine. Knowledge of Unity would be an added advantage.

• A passion for virtual and augmented reality technologies.

• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with C++ and C# programming.

• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).

• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for XR applications.

• Basic understanding of 3D modelling, animation, and texturing principles.

Candidates Must Be:

● Located in Bangalore (preferably in North - Around Ramaiah)

● Days of work: Mondays to Fridays, last Saturday of every month is a working Saturday.

● Work Timings: 12:30 P.M. - 08:30 P.M.
