Job Description

Cognizant Hiring Oracle Xstore Professionals 

Job Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Kolkata/Hyderabad

Introduction

We are looking for an Oracle Xstore professional to join our team. If you are passionate about working with Xstore, we’d love to connect with you.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and support the Oracle Xstore, Xadmin and Xcenter.
  • Primary responsibility is to provide support on break/fix, minor enhancements, monitoring and testing on Xstore.
  • The person will also be responsible for Technical troubleshooting, performing regular maintenance activities.
  • Should have an expert knowledge on Xstore.
  • Need to have working experience with Xstore as support personal.

Overall Experience-

Requirements: 

6 to 12 years

Mandatory Experience-
  • 5 years of experience as Xstore support team member.
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills required
  • Confidence and ability to make recommendations for incidents reported in Xstore
  • Demonstrated experience in working in support modelDesirable Experience-
