Job Description

Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI) invites application for the position Young Professional I

Post Name : Young Professional-I

No of Post : 01

Name of the Project:National Agricultural Innovation Fund

Nature of the post and duration of the post:Purely temporary for one year from the date of recruitment and extendable for a maximum period of three years based upon performance, or the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.

Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- per month (consolidated) with IT deduction at source as per rules

Educational qualification/work experience:
a) Essential: Minimum qualification of graduation in basic discipline of Chemistry/Chemical Sciences with an experience in research in chemical/chemistry laboratories supported by project document/s. The candidate should have hands on experience in chromatographic/spectroscopic techniques.
b) Desirable: Basic and applied knowledge of scientific analysis in chemistry/organic chemistry/chemical sciences and knowledge in patent drafting/application/IP search by using various databases

Age Limit: 21-45 years with relaxations as per rule
