Job Description

An online Interview is scheduled for the recruitment of Young Professional-II for ICARCentral Marine Fisheries Research Institute.

1. Name and number of the post: Young Professional-II (One post)

2. Essential qualifications:

MSc Degree with First Class (Minimum 60% or equivalent OGP ) in Fisheries Science, Marine Biology or Zoology with fisheries science option). Should be proficient in English language. Possess excellent communication and computer skills (MS-Office Word & Excel, use of digital editing tools)

3. Desirable qualifications & Work responsibilities: Keen Interest in development of Science & technology communications, compilation of science content, content verifications and proof checking.

4. Nature and duration of the post: Purely on contract basis for a period of one year from the date of joining

5. Emoluments: Rs. 35000/- (Consolidated Emoluments as per revised ICAR guidelines)

6. Place of work: Office of Editor, (Cadalmin Newsletter & MFIS),ICAR-Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute, Kochi-18

Age Limit:
Age should not be more than 45 years (with relaxation as per rules)
