Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and manage the overall YouTube strategy, to be solely responsible for devising channel content strategy and optimizing videos in order to grow viewership and subscriber base
2. Formulate the YouTube strategy and annual plans
3. Evaluate content performance on YouTube
4. Analyze and interpret data, define viewership patterns and growth metrics, and deliver compelling strategy recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
5. Work on end-to-end channel management, including channel branding, programming, SEO optimization (eg. titles, tags descriptions, annotations, etc), and reporting
6. Derive insights from YouTube analytics, Google analytics, and other social platforms, and measure impact on engagement
