Job Description

Description
  • Design, Develop & Deploy applications in Zoho PaS model i.e. Zoho Creator platform.
  • Able to pick and work on change requests, perform customizations and administrate platforms efficiently.
  • Understand the business process flow and requirements of the team members to implement and customize various elements and objects in Zoho creator.
  • Develop custom Zoho workflows in Zoho applications such as Zoho Books, Zoho CRM etc.,
  • Create required training manuals or SOP' for users.
  • Assist end users in day to day questions or technical concerns.
  • Work with the Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues.
  • Track issues and provide periodic updates to Top management.
  • Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes.
  • Effectively utilize Zoo modules features to automate various business processes.
