Job Description

•Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
• Should have good experience in Cold calling and gathering sales Intelligence
• Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
• Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives
• Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, forfuture follow-up
• Adjust your sales pitch based on success/fail averages
• Present weekly update for conversions and drops-offs through the week
Qualities wanted:
• College diploma / undergraduate degree or equivalent required
• 2 years’ inside sales experience (outgoing cold calling preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred
• Willingness.
