The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving the Sales Budget of South zone and also lead the team of Area Sales Managers working in South zone and ensure that their individual budgets are achieved. He will also be working on expanding the sales in South region
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
identify and prioritize the market and segments for the development of resources.
Build a culture of a high-performance team with utmost adherence to all Compliance policies.
Analyze and foresee the future market trends and prepare sales budget in
Line with the growth objective to continuously improve market share
Prepare a detailed sales plan calendarized at primary customers level for the zone and lead the team members to prepare for their respective areas with focus on Secondary and primary sales.
Analyze the distribution reach and penetration and take action by adding or consolidating the distribution network to have adequate reach and penetration in each important market.
Exercise stakeholder management practices to keep customers engaged and motivated.
Execution of the marketing strategies to build a Bayer brand across the value chain and generate demand from the end-users.
arrange product promotion, training programs and promote new products and display product efficacy by a product demonstration.
WHO YOU ARE:
Graduate or Post -Graduate, with at least 7 years’ experience in sales.
At least 2 years of work experience in Pest control or related B2B Industry and having a strong positive attitude and Passion in Sales and Marketing
