Responsibilities: -
· He should possess the ability to handle Primary and Secondary Sales.
· He should set a reasonable sales target for the sales team.
· He should be able to recruit, train and manage a sales team of an assigned territory.
· He should posses the ability to build and maintain long-term relationship with the distributors.
· He should be prompt in collecting customer feedback and provide updates to senior management.
· He should implement a sales management process to assist the sales team to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.
Role Requirement:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
· Minimum 8 to 10 Years of Experience in FMCG Sector.
· Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Should be proficient in the usage of Microsoft OfficeSuite
