1. Purpose of the Job:
· Drive Sales Volume and revenue growth profitably.
· Coach the frontline team and manage Distributor Business Representatives (DBRs) effectively.
2. Key Accountabilities:
· Achieve sales volume targets by developing the market in the assigned territory Monthly and Annually
· Increase W.O.D (Width of Distribution)Monthly and Annually
· Drive sales volumes of Focus of the Month (FMO) products and increase Unique SKU count in outlets.
· Manage all kind of marketing activities instructed by the Head Office.
· Monitor competitor activity and counter strategies to increase market share.
· Regularly monitor stock levels at distributors and troubleshoot issues.
· Ensure adherence to processes and cost control.
· Develop and support the sales team, identify key talents, and nurture them.
· Drive innovation and leverage technology to achieve business objectives.
3. Education & Experience:
· Full-time MBA from a reputed Management Institute.
· Minimum 5 years of sales experience in retail, preferably in the alcoholic beverage industry.
· Well Geographical Knowledge of their territory where they are appointed.
4. Skills Required:
· Functional Skills:
· Communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels.
· Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
· Strong business sense and industry expertise.
· Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· Should have experience in marketing activities.
· Good Knowledge of MS office suite
· Preparing a daily report for your reporting boss requires clear communication and concise summarization of your activities and achievements
· Behavioral Skills:
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· General awareness and working knowledge of concepts.
· Functional expertise and mastery in sales.
Education:
· Post-Graduate: MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
