Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive in the
staffing industry is responsible for identifying potential clients,
establishing and nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through
the acquisition of new business. They play a crucial role in expanding the
company's client base and ensuring the successful placement of candidates in
various job roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:- Research and identify potential clients in the target market.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold
calling, networking events, social media, and referrals.
Client Acquisition:- Approach potential clients and engage in initial discussions
to understand their staffing needs.
- Present the company's services and value proposition to
potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and
presentations.
Relationship Building:- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client
relationships.
- Regularly follow up with clients to understand their evolving
needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and
recommendations on staffing solutions.
Market Research:- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and
market conditions.
- Analyze and report on market intelligence to identify new
business opportunities.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation:- Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration
with the legal team.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually
beneficial agreements.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team:- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client
requirements and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
- Provide feedback to the recruitment team for continuous
improvement in candidate selection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account
management.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
