The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a pivotal role within the law firm, responsible for nurturing and enhancing client relationships to drive client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client contacts, including general counsel, executives, and other decision-makers.
Conduct regular client satisfaction assessments, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive client experience.
Collaborate with attorneys and practice groups to align legal services with client expectations and strategic objectives.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling legal services and additional value-added offerings to existing clients.

Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitches, and presentations to win new business and expand client engagements.
