Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales Executive with a background in International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, effectively communicating the value of our products and services, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing international customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat to understand their needs and preferences.
Deliver exceptional customer service, actively listening to customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely information.
Educate customers about our products and services, demonstrating how they can meet their specific requirements.
Achieve sales targets and quotas through a consultative approach, upselling and cross-selling products when appropriate.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales leads, and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and managers to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits and features.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and market insights.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Customer Sales Executive or similar role in the International BPO industry.
Strong understanding of BPO processes, international markets, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
