Profile: HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
Calculate and process payroll deductions, adjustments, and bonuses.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll.
Attendance Management:
Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Address attendance-related issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain accurate attendance records.
Recruitment:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Source and screen candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and making job offers.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and recruitment.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office (especially Excel).
