Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working closely with the HRBP on various projects and new initiatives.
2. Working on employee engagement and shadowing HRBP rounds of interviews
3. Working on exit management, interacting and partnering with business managers, PMS, support in R&R, organization NPS, basic analytics, follow-ups with leaders, etc.
