Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate at Knack Global. The Process Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with knowledge process outsourcing(KPO),analytical skills, and customer service.

Process Type - Blended

Shift - Night (17:30 to 02:30 Hrs.)

Qualifications

Analytical Skills
Good communication skills
Customer Service experience
Bachelor's degree in any field
Undergraduates are eligible with minimum 3 months of experience in any domain

Skills:

Good Listening skills and Attention to details

Logical and reasoning abilities to take right decisions to solve customer problems.

Result oriented who can drive towards stringent targets.

Basic knowledge of Customer Service.
