Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Leisurely Stays & Experiences. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and engaging potential customers, building relationships with clients, and promoting our services. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. The Sales Manager will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.


Job Description:

  • Develop and manage accounts by identifying business trends and preferences.
  • Promote company offerings to corporate, incentive, and association markets through presentations and sales calls.
  • Handle guest inquiries and conduct site inspections.
  • Drive sales in designated regions through direct and networking sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets.
  • Translate company objectives for assigned regions/properties.
  • Ensure brand and standards compliance.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis for quality issues.
  • Mentor, motivate, and develop staff for service excellence.
  • Supervise properties/regions.
  • Enforce Standard Operating Procedures at partner properties.
  • Analyze and implement solutions to improve quality.
  • Manage guest service recovery for complete satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with property partners for issue resolution.
  • Ensure quality guest service through operational training and SOP adherence.
  • Build relationships with off-property sales channels for coordinated efforts.
  • Strengthen customer relationships for future bookings.
  • Develop community relationships to expand customer base.
  • Provide accurate turnover to Event Management.
  • Participate in sales calls to acquire and close business.
  • Execute operational aspects of booked business.
  • Identify new business opportunities to meet revenue goals.
  • Understand market trends to maximize revenue.
  • Close opportunities based on market conditions.
  • Understand customer expectations and offer solutions.
  • Support the company's service strategy for customer loyalty.
  • Gather guest feedback on product and service quality.
