Job Title: Semi-Voice Process Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our semi-voice process team. As a Semi-Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling both voice and non-voice tasks to support our clients' needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, or other non-voice channels.

- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed, providing assistance and support to customers.

- Update customer records and information accurately in the system.

- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with the service provided.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to customers.

- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field is preferred but not required.

- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
