Job description
JD OF SOURCING EXECUTIVE
· Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent.
· Understand the continual hiring needs of the Organization and create a substantial talent pool for available roles.
· Recruitment - Create job postings through various job portals like naukri, linkdin. Involve in sourcing; assist in the entire phase of hiring i.e., till generating offer/appointment letters.
· Associate with other recruiters or team members review resumes, assesses applicant qualifications, conduct interviews.
· Facilitate advertising activities through various channels such as recognized Govt & Pvt sites, job boards, social media platforms, career sites, etc.
· Identify various manpower providers, centers, individuals or NGOs to pull out required candidates especially blue collared or ground staff (GDA, HHA)
· Engage and build relationships with third party sourcing agents or manpower providers
· Consistently monitor and evaluate the hiring process for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
· Stay updated of industry trends and best practices in hiring.
