Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team and drive business growth through B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts. The Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with interior designers and architects to promote our services and establish partnerships for mutual business benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to interior designers and architects to introduce Mansi Home Decor's services and discuss potential collaboration opportunities.

Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.

Clearly articulate the value proposition of Mansi Home Decor and address any queries or concerns raised by potential clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Follow up with leads via phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for Meeting generation with Interior Designer and Architect.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar outbound sales role, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
