Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of converting leads into sales.
Handle customer objections and offer solutions to meet their needs.
Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system. Required
Qualifications:
Prior experience in telesales and revenue generation
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and conversational skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM.
