Job Description

We are looking for an aspiring Account Executive who can join our reputed organization and be involved in organizing the Account details, Ledgers, and Registers of our organization. The person will be working with the accounts team, understanding accounting activities, guided by Team leaders with account handling, and maintaining records of employees. Also, they will learn how to manage our vendors with the help of existing members.

Job Responsibilities

Filing of GST return, TDS return
Updating the Cashbook, Cheques of all banks, Bank deposit books, Sales Invoices credit and paid with LR copies
Reconciling the statement of accounts from vendors
Entering the purchase challans daily
Gathering the monthly bank reconciliation statement and verifying with ledger and cash book.
Statutory payments monthly and quarterly returns of TDS return, and interacting all details with GST dept.

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or any related field.
Strong analytical skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure
