Job Description

Accountant Trainee - Fresher

Job Opportunity: Accountant Trainee - Fresher

Location: Darya Ganj , Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate and current financial records.
Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile monthly bank statements.
Identify and promptly resolve discrepancies.

General Ledger Maintenance:

Assist in the preparation and upkeep of general ledger accounts.
Ensure proper coding of transactions.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
Maintain well-organized and accurate financial records and documentation.

Qualifications & Other Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in client-facing situations.
Basic Accounting Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
Salary: Up to 3 LPA (Dependent upon skills)
Qualification: B.Com/B.Com (Hons.)/BBA – Freshers are encouraged to apply
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Proficient in: Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
