 Preparing workings for GST Returns i.e. 3B, GSTR1, GSTR2, ITC4, Trans1.

 Making Monthly and Half yearly VAT Return Statements.

 Preparing Vat Audit Summary Working Yearly.

 Service Tax Statements, Preparing Form A1, A2 Statements. Preparing form

Exp 2 Statements Working on Service Tax Refund        Claim.

 Assisting in Balance Sheet Finalization work, preparing Tax Audit Annexure,

other Statutory Annexure.

 Ledger Scrutiny, Reconciliation of Vendors Statements with Tally etc.

 Involved in inward & outward remittances of foreign customers.

 Bank Reconciliation, Bank Letters, and Follow up with the bank. Working on

PCL and PCFC Fund System, Letters of Fund Realization for BRC. Preparing

Quarterly performance report.

 Managed debtor’s reconciliation on monthly basis.

 Preparing monthly Salary Statement, working on CTC, Payment PF & ESIC

challans. And accounting wide passing monthly Salary Journals.

 Preparing application for Issuing C, H & I Forms.

 Payment of monthly TDS Deductions, Working on TDS Software for filing

Quarterly TDS Returns, Issuing Form 16A.

 Prepare Monthly Stock Statement, Debtors & Creditors List.

 Day to day correspondence, Typing letters, Follow up with parties regarding

Ledger Queries, Invoice Queries.

 Making purchase, sales, expense, petty cash entries in Tally, GRN

Attachment, and Follow up with Factory on Day to Day basis.

 Preparing Outstanding Creditors List for Payment purpose. Issuing Cheque

to Suppliers.  Maintaining updated payment position for payment done to

supplier on current and advance basis.

 Working Exposure of Finalization of books of Accounts
