Roles and Responsibilities / Profile Details	Implement ADDA product for new and current clients. Own the Successful onboarding of customers on ADDA Product until GoLive.  Responsible for the delivery of training on ADDA for both administrators and end-users.   Document all customer interactions in designated CRM, and provide excellent customer experiences.   Document and create Self Help content for internal consumption and external consumption Able to work closely with all departments to determine best practice and approach for specific client needs.   Self-motivated, solutions driven, detail-oriented and organized.   Demonstrated ability to implement Saas product with project Management skills Make product enhancement requests based on current, and future software capabilities.   Training and post-implementation support Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints/queries in accordance with the agreed Maintenance & Support Procedure. (Phone, Email and In-Person Support) Travel to Clients place for Training Excellent communication (oral and written),interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills.   Demonstrated ability to do Root cause analysis and resolving issues
