Designation :  Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Banking & Finance Activities :

•       Totally handling Net Banking- Internal Fund Transfer, Branch Transfer.

•       Responsible for Maintain Proper Fund in Our Bank  A/C.

•       Fund status Report giving on Daily basis.

•       Preparation  Fund Flow Statement.

•       Bank & Vendors & Customer Reconciliation.

•       Make Payment Through RTGS & NEFT

•       Checking & Verification  of  Purchase Bill- MIRO, Purchase Order & GRN& Supporting Document.

•       Preparation Purchase Order & Finalized rate as per the quotation.

•       Booking Purchase Order & Invoice.

•       Sending Purchase Invoice for Management Approval.

•       Releasing Vendors Payment Through RTGS & NEFT upto the prescribed limit.

•       Vendors Reconciliation.

•       Monitoring Vendors Payment.

•       Journal Entries for all Purchase of Goods & Service.

•       Maintaining Vendors Register

•       Responsible for Preparation of Sales Invoice as per the Work Order  term & condition.

•       Responsible for Preparation of  Log-sheet & rental hire bill preparation.

•       Responsible Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.

•       Maintaining Customer Data.

•       Responsible Preparation Freight Invoice &  &Transportation billing & LR follow up.

•       Maintaining Customer Register.

•       Customer Reconciliation.

•       Preparation Customer Ageing wise Report.

•       Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

•       Ledger Scrutiny.

•       Payment Follow up.

 Experience in Tally ERP 9 and Advance  Excel

 Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 6 months & Above

Good Communication Skills in English into Verbal & Written.

Shift: General Shift

Working Days: 5 Working Days (Monday to Friday)

Week Off: Saturday Sunday Off

Salary: Not a Constraint

Location: Vidyavihar

Note: Might Need to Work on Saturday if there is a Work Load or else Fixed Saturday Sunday Off
