Job description of Accounts Assistant
Roles and Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly MIS reports including Profit and Loss account, Balance sheet and
supporting schedules relating to finance, sales, production cost.
Monitoring Receivables
Payment aggregators reconciliation
Preparation & filing of Taxation: GST, TDS, TCS & Advance Tax etc.
Bank Stock statement verifying of and Reconciliation of Bank Statement.
Statutory payment like ESI, PF, PT, TDS and TCS
TDS Reconciliation, TDS Payment, TDS Return Filling.
Preparing VAT, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B return, also making GST & VAT Payment.
Coordinate with Tax auditors to resolve the audit queries.
Verifying petty cash vouchers.
Vendor Bill booking and vendor payments.
Monthly Raw material stock verification/Audit.
Ledger Reconciliation
Payment/Receipt Entries
EDC Settlements.
Preparing Monthly collection MIS.
Must handle overall Accounts.
Accounts Finalization using Tally
