1. Attending phone calls (Reception)
2. Calling candidates for interview,
3. Providing assistance to HR till the selection process is over.
4. Filing of papers and documents in the respective files as and when required
5. Maintenance of files in the file rack
6. Speaking to prospective Clients regarding sale of sites
7. Arranging site documents for prospective buyers
8. Speaking to real estate agents regarding sale of sites
9. Documentation of loan papers for the Clients
10. Taking care of Site Documents
11. Going to clients (for the purpose of receiving/handing over official documents).
12. Other miscellaneous duties entrusted by the management as and when required
13. Going to Post Office for sending Speed Post Cover
14. Going to Courier Office for sending courier documents
ACCOUNTS:
1. Going to private bank for updation of pass books.
2. Going to private Bank for depositing / withdrawal of amount.
3. Updation of cheque register for Kavin Corporation and Madam
4. Going to privbate Bank for withdrawal of money
5. Raising Invoices for various Clients as and when required
6. Follow up with Clients regarding payment
7. Sending acknowledgement to Clients after receipt of funds
8. Filling of GST, Professional tax, Income tax returns periodically
9. Other accounts related jobs as and when required
Education & Experience : Graduate with 5 years experience
Salary: Rs. 20,000/- per month
