We are looking for a person with a two-fold responsibility, to lead as a Front Desk Executive & as an Admin Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for all the Front Desk and Administrative functions in the School.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Admissions counselling.

• To attend to the queries of parents and other outside agencies, as and when required.

• To satisfactorily respond to the queries of school staff / students relating to school administrative and accounting matters.

• To maintain the service books of the teaching / non-teaching staff.

• To maintain leave records and the general record of teaching/non-teaching staff.

• To make arrangements and purchase the school material.

• To maintain accounts of the school pertaining to term Fees, tuition fees, development funds, etc.

• To deposit money / cheques in the bank and withdraw cash therefrom as directed by the Founders/Principal

• To collect fees, make entries in appropriate registers, issue receipts and maintain proper and updated accounts thereof.

• To maintain the day to day Cash book and to handle petty cash.

• To maintain the stock registers.

• Any other activities related to Front Desk & Administrative.

Skills and Qualifications

• Team-player, Multitasker, Administrative Experience, Strong Communications skills & Relationship Management.
• Be proficient in communicating in English and Hindi
