Roles And Responsibilities:
Managing an office or reception area. being the main point of contact for personnel within the company and external parties. greeting clients and customers and fielding enquiries in person or by phone. managing the correspondence and communications of the organization such as phone calls, post and emails.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
