· Recruitment and JD defining as per Manpower planning
· Playing a pivotal role in handling policy and procedure.
· HR MIS for Management on monthly and weekly basis
· Overlooking all the HR activities of the HR team
· Taking necessary disciplinary action for non-adherence to policies
· Maintaining leave records and attendance record
· Approving the necessary activities of HR
· Planning and organizing employee engagement activities
· Conducting EXIT Interviews and planning retention of employees
· Day to day HR and admin support to management
· Helping in Payroll Process
· Handling Attendance biometric system
· Handling employee grievances and resolving them it TAT
