General Administrative Support: The Administration Executive will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining files and records, scheduling meetings, telephone answering, welcoming visitors to the company and providing general support to the team.
Business Operation Support: The Administration Executive will obtain and update documents necessary for the company to operate. In addition, Financial Management will be responsible for Petty cash and Patient payment.
Document Management: The Administration Executive will prepare and manage documents such as contracts and company regulations, including drafting and proofreading documents.
Building Maintenance Management: The Administration Executive will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the company s premises. This involves coordinating with vendors, scheduling repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensuring a safe and clean working environment for all employees.
Errands: The Administration Executive will be responsible for running various errands on behalf of the organization. This may include purchasing office supplies, picking up and delivering documents, and other miscellaneous tasks as required.
