Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing them with detailed information about our Software Testing Training Course, guiding them through the enrollment process, assisting with placement opportunities, collaborating with universities for seminars and lead generation, devising innovative strategies for lead acquisition, and conducting independent research to identify new leads and opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for managing records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective students via phone calls to inform them about our software testing training program.
Understand the needs and interests of the students to effectively communicate how our course can meet their goals.
Provide detailed information about the course curriculum, schedule, fees, and the value it adds to their career.
Follow up with leads and manage the enrollment process.
Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the academy.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential students using MS Office applications.
Assist students in securing placement opportunities by providing guidance and resources.
Collaborate with universities to organize seminars and workshops, generating leads and increasing program visibility.
Innovate and implement strategies for lead generation to ensure a steady influx of prospective students.
Conduct independent research to identify new lead generation channels and opportunities for partnership.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and motivate others.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Familiarity with software testing concepts is a plus.
Ability to conduct independent research to support lead generation and partnership opportunities.
