Responsibilities

Be part of entire product development life cycle: idea inception, architecture draft, design, coding, testing, deployment and customer feedback
Lead a team responsible for product development in a DevSecOps environment, a team responsible for end to end solution for end users
Uncompromised passion for delightful customer experience
Responsible for all software related development for various products (Web, Desktop, Cloud)
Be versatile, willing to work on all level of code stack
Collaborate with teams, customers, collect feedback and work on MVOs
Own customer experiences and be voice of customer

Qualification

8 to 10 years of product development experience within which, 3 to 4 Years of experience in developing & designing architecture for entire life cycle.
Knowledge of architectural styles & design patterns.
Ability to understand different interfaces for sustainable development.
B. Tech/Masters in computer science or equivalent
Proven experience for web development with ASP.NET, WebAPI, SqlServer, .NET/.NET Core fundamentals, C#, MVC, Java, JavaScript, web site performance and scaling
Knowledge of Cloud & RESTful APIs is must to have
Experience in serverless architecture, microservices and NoSQL/Document databases
Strong hands-on ability to write unit test cases, secure and maintainable code
Experience with NodeJS will be plus
Hands-on experience on Application software development on Mobile and Web

Agile software development using industry leading toolset like JIRA, Bamboo, GIT, etc.
Deep understanding of HTTP protocol and asynchronous processing
A passion for technology and insatiable appetite to learn, learn-it-all attitude
Strong communication skills, ability to write technical docs and present ideas
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Team player, mentor and develop others by learning and sharing
Deep customer empathy, customer-first mind set, ready to work with customer on early prototypes/MVOs
