Technical Operations

Job Overview And Responsibilities

As an Analyst in Planning, you will work alongside our Strategy, Base, and Line Planning teams to optimize maintenance plans to minimize out of service aircraft, maximize capacity utilization, and reduce overall life cycle cost. You will be working on planning projects such as data mining, discovering trends, creating analysis, and assisting with continuous improvements. This position requires innovation and critical strategic thinking to drive and deliver improvements in the planning organization. As an Analyst on the Technical Operations Planning team, you will be responsible to:

• Develop and implement KPIs to drive aircraft maintenance strategy
• Provide analysis, audit, and investigative assistance including but not limited to:
• Daily leadership meetings
• Audit maintenance packages
• Visit span analysis
• Identify and review high interval maintenance tasks
• Create and update maintenance plans for daily changes, deferred items, gears schedule, and other scenarios as required
• Support team with day to day responsibilities as well as identifying and resolving issues arising between the different stakeholders such as Planning, Engineering, Records, Maintenance Programs, Methods and Standards, Technical Publications
• Conduct data analysis and display data in an articulate and meaningful manner that resonates with project champion, owner, and team members

Required

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business or related field
• Two-year experience in using data analysis and quantitative modeling techniques (e.g. statistical, optimization, simulation, spreadsheet
• Airline operations or Network Scheduling or Strategy and Planning principles
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact at all levels (including executive) and team with all internal and external business partners
• Ability to handle simultaneous projects and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi ( written and spoken)
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
  
  

Preferred

• Two-year experience in aircraft maintenance planning, engineering, execution, or related area
