Roles and Responsibilities
Business Strategy
o Understand program deliverables, milestones, issues and risks and participate in program-level working groups
o Provide data to support business explanation for all monthly, YTD performance and commentary on outlook
o Create standard and ad hoc program/project level reports for management oversight purposes
o Track program level deliverables and priority changes throughout the year / multi year
Financial Management
o Support the annual/continual financial planning activities; provide business rational and decisions for all month-end financial performance and forecasting
o Review monthly financials including actual and forecasted expenses against plan, identifying projects over or under plan and following-up with program managers on rationale and explains
Resource / People / Location Strategy
o Lead the resource management function including understanding resource profiling, hiring profile, real estate footprint and alignment with the tower's location strategy
o Work with Workforce Management team to maintain timely and accurate headcount records
Vendor Management
o Work with Vendor Management team to ensure effective use of vendors within the IT organization; focused on aligning with our preferred policies and apply competitive bidding processes to ensure cost-effective and timely use of vendors
o Ensure contractual compliance with all vendor engagements, Task Orders and TPO
Tools and Process Support
o Adhere to business management guidelines and standards, and support the streamlining and improving of processes across AWM Technology
o Ensure appropriate level of support is given to the Technology teams with respect to the common tools used for day-to-day administration; such as time tracking and collaboration tools
