Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of customer onboarding and training programs
2. Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to understand the needs of new customers and ensure a smooth onboarding process
3. Help create and maintain documentation, training materials, and resources for customers
4. Conduct customer training sessions, webinars, and workshops, both in-person and online
5. Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers as they use the company's products or services
6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements to the onboarding and training processes
7. Help track and report on customer onboarding and training metrics and KPIs
