Job Description:
1) Integrate : Show casing how business is deriving benefit of the new processes like Sales force Automation(SFA),Delivery Challan Automation(DCA),New Enhancements in SFA like Scheme Calculator & Lat Long capture & in DCA like Auto PGI, benefit can be in terms of improved efficiency, better planning or reduced cost or combination
2)Sustain : Measure, monitor and report related KPI s like in SFA- Retailer level data capturing & Order booking, structured new counter information capture, Improved call planning & better market coverage & in DCA- real time Auto PGI inventory visibility, real time DC creation Document with version controls of the process related Changes for existing & new enhancements in the processes
3)Speed : To ensure the new developments in SFA, DCA gets rolled out on time to all users & usage starts pan India for quick business benefit.
